The purchase is completed when SGOYI ApS accepts your order and payment has been registered.<\/p>\n<p>You can place orders online 24 hours a day. We prepare your order so that it is ready for collection at the restaurant and at the time you selected, within our opening hours.<\/p>\n<p>Orders are accepted up to 30 minutes before closing time.<\/p>\n<p>Once the order is completed online, you will receive a confirmation via email.<\/p>\n<p>For uncollected orders, the entire amount for the order will be retained. Upon collection, you can show your order confirmation in a printed version or via your smartphone.<\/p>\n<p>SGOYI ApS reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals exhibiting violent behavior.<br \/>\nWe reserve the right to account for sold-out items, typos, spelling errors, changes in menus, special offers, and force majeure.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>All prices include VAT.<\/p>\n<p>Payment can be made online or upon collection at the restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Fees may be charged for payment with foreign credit cards and business cards.<\/p>\n<p>SGOYI ApS accepts payment with Dankort, MasterCard, VISA, and MobilePay on the ordering page, as well as Dankort, MasterCard, VISA, MobilePay, and cash physically in the restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Payment for a completed order is deducted from the payment method used when SGOYI ApS accepts your order.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Alcohol<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>No ordering of alcohol if you are under 18 years old.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Sushi ad libitum &#8211; Table Booking<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Upon arrival, your table is allocated for 2 hours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, SGOYI ApS reserves the right to cancel your table reservation.<br \/>\nIf you wish to have the table for more than 2 hours, SGOYI ApS must be contacted by phone.<br \/>\nDuring busy periods, SGOYI ApS reserves the right not to extend the table time.<br \/>\nA table is only reserved when you have received confirmation via email.<\/p>\n<p>When booking a table via our website, you are required to fill in your phone number and email. You will then receive a confirmation. If you cannot present it, and if we cannot find your booking in the system under your name, the booking has not been processed.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Collection<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Online orders must be collected at S\u00f8ndergade 18 in Vejen.<\/p>\n<p>We store your order for up to 60 minutes from the collection time. Due to food safety, your order will then be discarded, and you will not receive a refund for the amount or the order.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Failure to Collect<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>For uncollected orders, the full amount for the order is charged at the time the order was set for collection. We therefore reserve the right to contact you and demand payment for the uncollected and unpaid order.<\/p>\n<p>The risk for goods purchased on sgoyi.dk\/en passes to you as the consumer at the time of handover.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Delays<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Longer waiting times may be experienced during busy periods.<br \/>\nIn the event of a delay to your order, you are not entitled to any form of compensation.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>There is no right of withdrawal (cancellation) when ordering food and drinks.<br \/>\nIf you wish to cancel a table reservation, this must be done by telephone at least 60 minutes beforehand; otherwise, the cancellation is invalid.<br \/>\nThe collection time can be seen in your confirmation via email.<br \/>\nRead more about your right to complain and right of withdrawal at forbrug.dk<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Gift Cards<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue and can be used online as well as physically in our restaurants.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>General<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>SGOYI ApS is the data controller. All information is stored securely in accordance with Danish law.
